NVMe SSD Miracles Terms of Service
You are entering into an agreement for NVMe SSD data recovery services with Zepps Computer Services LLC (DBA NVMe SSD Miracles). You acknowledge that the media might not be recoverable. You are entering this agreement because you own the media or you are authorized by the owner of the media to request data recovery services.
You should not use a regular letter or Manilla envelope to ship your device, it most likely will tear open and get lost in shipping. You are responsible for the safe transportation of your usb device! The device shells might be discarded. You understand that data recovery services cannot be guaranteed. You agree to hold ZCS LLC harmless not only for failure to save data, but also for any data recovery tasks that result in more damage. Some actions taken by SSD Data Recovery Miracles could cause damage that makes data recovery more difficult or even impossible for another data recovery service. There is no charge if data is not recovered, but declined recoveries are charged $225 per device. We do not offer refunds after a recovery has been delivered. You will be charged one of the following amounts if recovery is successful. The mount of time spent on recoveries vary. Pricing is based on both time, effort and equipment used. The amount of money spent on my equipment is astounding and you must understand that do perform these “miracles” it takes time, effort, skill, and resources. Before I started this company I was under the impression I was being ripped off by data recovery labs when in reality the margin is small in relation to the materials and money that needs to be put of on a yearly basis. This is why I charge a fee if a recovery is refused, if i didn’t this business would be a waste of time especially since I am a one man operation.
NVMe SSD Hard drive (SSD, Solid State, etc.) flat rates are on a case by case basis.
PRICES ARE BASED ON THE FULL CAPACITY OF THE DEVICE, NOT THE FILE SIZE OR COUNT.
NVMe SSD Miracles prices include chip-off and/or monolith recovery if required. Recovery media is included but the type and size are our choice. Return media is not encrypted standard but can be for an additional fee. You can provide return media if desired. You can request and pay for alternate shipping methods. Our recovery rates are subject to change at any time. Our website reflects our current prices and supersedes any printed or saved media.
Nvme SSD Data Recovery Miracles agrees to absolute Non-Disclosure of any and all information or data files supplied with, stored on, or recovered from client equipment. NVMe SSD Miracles shall not be liable for any claims regarding the physical functioning of the equipment/media or the condition or existence of data on storage media supplied. NVMe SSD Data Recovery Miracles is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, incidental or consequential, before, during, or after the service. Customer is aware of the inherent risks of injury and property damage involved in data recovery, including without limitations, risks due to destruction or damage to the media or data and inability to recover data, or inaccurate or incomplete data recovery, including those that may result from the negligence of NVMe SSD Miracles, and assumes any and all known risks of injury and property damage that may result
Payment is due in full upon completion of successful recovery, prior to a release of data.
